Holy Cannoli!

If there's one dessert that sweet tooF absolutely loves it's the cannoli.  Cannoli are Sicilian pastry desserts, tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough filled with sweet creamy filling usually containing ricotta cheese and chopped succade.  YUM!!!  Check out these beauties:
